Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a prestigious law firm to find an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team in Encino. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail to support the firm's litigation efforts effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation cases.
• Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Managing case files and maintaining comprehensive documentation of all case-related materials.
• Coordinating with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare for depositions and trials.
• Assisting in the preparation of discovery requests and responses.
• Organizing and managing exhibits and evidence for trial presentations.
• Providing support in the preparation and review of settlement agreements and other legal documents.
• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines in handling sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and terminology.
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with trial preparation and court procedures is preferred.
